The Flat Abs Formula was created by Charli Cohen, a certified personal trainer and nutritionist who specializes in strength training and fat reduction techniques.

Recommended foods would be fruits, vegetables, oatmeal, rice, sweet potato, bread, pasta, salmon, herring, mackerel, chicken breast, turkey, lean beef, flax seed, avocado, eggs, nuts, seeds, dark chocolate, olive oil.

I have been doing almost similar no. of  meals  and food as below except for the flax seed. I think I will try to do this next week and see what happens together with my fitness regimen.
