			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>So I lost 2.5 lbs in 2 weeks and ver excited on my new experiment. I stopped counting calories. It just wont mix with my daily life. Work is too busy, raising 4 kids, cooking during weekends- so I stopped stressing on what I put in my mouth. I just make sure that I pacify my sweet cravings only once a week or if I do get into temptation, I work out harder which in turn makes me regret eating calorie overload so I learn. </p>
<p>Anyways, I track daily workouts on a calendar I see all the time. So I have on my cork board in my room and one at work. I am mixing bikram yoga now with gym (cardio and weights) and I see tractions!!!</p>
<p>I&#8217;m very excited about the coming weeks and can&#8217;t wait to weigh next Tuesday!</p>

<p>The studio is located at the 11th floor of the Legend Towers. The facilities are amazing boasting that you only need to come in your yoga attire and water bottle. They provide you with manduka yoga mats, towels and alkaline water.</p>

<div>Last week,  I left work at 3pm to visit the studio. Unfortunately, all pay parking surrounding the building (Legend Towers) were full.  I wasn&#8217;t able to attend.  I wonder if they have a parking space at the basement of the building? Well,  I am going to try again my luck next time.</div>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Finally, I have buddies from work who will do a 50 days til the Xmas Party challenge with me. Donna and Gina agreed to take the challenge (not necessarily the same kind or length) with details below:</p>
<p>1. Donna and myself &#8211; no chocolates for the next 30 days (what did I get myself into!)</p>
<p>2. Gina &#8211; no rice in the next 30 days</p>
<p>3. Myself- 1 cup of coffee only per day in the next 30 days</p>
<p>SO the challenge starts tomorrow &#8211; so we will see how it goes&#8230;. I am still contemplating if I should sign up for an unlimited 1 month BIKRAM YOGA due to 2 things:</p>
<p>1. I don&#8217;t know if I can do it daily&#8230;.</p>
<p>2. I don&#8217;t know if I will miss boxing or martial arts&#8230;</p>
<p>I am scheduled to do Bikram at 930am tomorrow. I&#8217;d probably sign up but need to commit to do this daily. If only I&#8217;m a commitment type of person&#8230; NYAK. Well, I&#8217;ll take it one step at a time and will make sure to not make any excuses as much as possible so wish me luck!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I officially have a stalker. And it&#8217;s becoming nasty. I already informed Herman about this as I am becoming uneasy with how this guy from QC who is a URCC fighter is texting, going to my boxing gym and seems to be following me around. The other day when Donna and I were in SB to buy our morning coffee, he texted,&#8221;Let&#8217;s have coffee?&#8221; SCARY! Believe me-The more you do not respond to him, the more he will follow you around and I am trying to get him off my back by saying that I have 4 kids and married but he just texted that he doesnt care bec he loves me and he will shout this out to the whole world. I am freaked out.</p>
<p>Today, he was standing outside Elorde gym. I was scared to go out. If this becomes really bad, I am going to get help. It&#8217;s not funny and I definitely don&#8217;t want this.</p>
